Our leadership structure consists of the Executive Board headed by the President, the Imam Board led by the Chief Imam, the Female Wing supervised by the Lady President, Class Ambassadors, and the Alumni Body which provide a supervisory role on all the activities and functions of the Jama’at. The Executive Board is composed of the following departments: Secretary-General, Public Relations & Communications, Welfare, Education, Financial Secretary, Organizing Secretary, and Games & Sports. Each department comprises representatives from five faculties forming a diverse and formidable team. The President is elected by the general membership annually at a ceremony championed by the Imam Board and Alumni Body. The rest of the Executive Board members are selected by the President with consultation from previous Heads of Department and Imam Board. The Chief Imam is the spiritual Head of the Jama’at, and tasks are distributed amongst members of the Imam Board to guide the administrative functions of the Executive Board.
